Shipping policy

Everfind is operated by Hixson Commerce LLC, St. George, Utah. We ship to addresses within the United States.

Made just for you

Most Everfind items are personalized and made to order after you place your order, so they take a little longer than off-the-shelf products.

Production time

Personalized items are produced within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

After production, orders arrive within 4–10 business days. Some items are printed and shipped from U.S. production partners; others ship from international production partners. In total, most orders arrive within 8–16 business days of being placed. The estimated delivery window for each item is shown on its product page.

Holiday orders

Around major holidays, we post an order-by date on our site. Orders placed by that date are expected to arrive in time; orders placed after it may not.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders to U.S. addresses.

Multiple packages

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, email us at support@everfindshop.com and we'll look into it.

Delays

If we learn your order will not ship within the time stated, we will email you promptly with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost, damaged or incorrect items

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at support@everfindshop.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll do our best to help. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address or your photo.
